-DWITH_WAYLAND=OFF: the Wayland idle backend hard-requires
PlasmaWaylandProtocols, a full separate KDE Plasma package ScrapLinux does not
build (and LXQt here runs on openbox/xorg-server, X11 only, not Wayland).
-DWITH_X11=ON (the default) is what lxqt-powermanagement actually uses.
Revisit only if ScrapLinux ever ships a Wayland LXQt session.
